SAFETY AND SECURITY

Student safety is of prime concern as there is nothing more precious to a parent and teacher than a child and nothing more important for our future than the safety of all our children. The ‘Primary Responsibility’ for institutions like ours which nurtures our future generations, is to simulate awareness to be ‘Safe and Secure’ at all times. School safety, Crisis management, Emergency preparedness are more than just processes in our school today.

• Closed Circuit Television (CCTV): The entire campus is under the CCTV surveillance and coverage with no blind spot left out.
• Fire Safety & Safety Drills: Fire safety devices are installed on each floor with regular Inspection and maintenance of equipments. Regular mock-drills and training sessions are conducted for both – the students and the staff.
• Medical Room: The school has a fully functional medical room under the watchful eyes of a well-qualified and trained nurse to cater to any health concern of the students. Our School Infirmary is well-equipped with all First-Aid and Emergency requirements such as Oxygen Cylinder, Wheelchair, Foldable Stretcher and all mandatory medicines as well as masks, sanitizers, pulse oximeter, thermal temperature gun etc for protection against Covid. School Ambulance is always available for any kind of emergency.
• Sanitization machines are placed at the Entry & Exit gates with temperature check at the Gates.
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning): ERP is implemented for better safety & security of students. Parents are updated on daily basis through an advanced RFID, Biometric and Face Detection enabled System. SMS of attendance is sent to the parents regularly.
• School Transport: Safe transportation of our students is of paramount importance to us. All our school AC Buses are well equipped with CCTV Camera, Speed Governor, Fire Extinguishers, Medical Kit and a GPS system, which is duly monitored by the transport in-charge. GPS availability enables a safe and secure transport experience for students and fosters a secure understanding between the school and the parents. Well trained driver along with a conductor and a female attendant are on board throughout the journey for supervision and monitoring on each of the buses; they also pick and drop children safely from / at their designated bus stops. Mobile phones have been provided in each bus to ensure efficiency in terms of service and two-way communication.
• Effective bus disinfection procedures are also followed on a regular basis, besides ensuring the implementation of the Safety norms, all staff on the bus is well trained in first aid and emergency management, Regular training sessions and workshops are conducted for the transport staff which ensures to drive the message that the safety of the children is our prime concern. Important helpline and school phone numbers are displayed on the buses. Mandatory daily attendance is taken twice-both in the morning and in the afternoon in the buses.
